DELIVERY OPTIONS
Optimal Nutrition currently offers two convenient methods for clients to receive their meals. For San Diego county locals we offer several locations for meal pickup (see list below). For those clients that are out-of-state or traveling, we offer overnight shipping anywhere in the United States. All local deliveries are made every Thursday and available for pickup at all locations after 3pm. All FedEx shipments out of San Diego County are delivered every Friday.
